Chief of Staff & Program Manager
Owns the rhythm of the company — strategy execution, board operations, and the cross-functional programs that turn priorities into shipped work. The reason a quarterly plan becomes a quarterly delivery.
Chief Technology Officer
Owns the technology direction across every ShepHertz platform — from AgentAnywhere's agentic runtime to the workforce intelligence stack. Has spent his career inside the engineering teams that move applied AI from a demo into a production system.
VP, Global Operations & Delivery
Runs global delivery and operations. Owns the discipline that lets ShepHertz commit to enterprise SLAs and meet them — across product launches, customer rollouts, and the company's own engineering pods.
VP, Services & Strategic Partnership
Owns customer success, professional services, and strategic partnerships. The reason a ShepHertz pilot becomes a multi-year platform engagement.
AVP, Strategic HR & Talent Acquisition
Hires the senior team. Owns the people decisions that keep ShepHertz a small, deliberately senior organization — and the standard a candidate has to clear to join it.
